Description
A Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Your role is essential in delivering a high-quality experience, from booking appointments to addressing inquiries, and ensuring every client feels pampered and well-cared for.
Your previous experience in a spa or wellness setting will enable you to understand our client's needs and provide a service that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing detailed information about spa services, promotions, and availability.
Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain accurate client records in our system.
Handle client questions, concerns, and complaints, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
Process payments, apply discounts, and manage gift card transactions.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with brochures and promotional materials.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as confirming appointments and managing inventory.
Provide clients with information about products available for purchase and recommend suitable treatments or packages based on their needs.
Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role within a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with managing appointments and client records.
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve client issues with grace and professionalism.
Proficiency in using booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and beauty products is highly preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
