Role Overview:

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for real estate? Would you happen to have the skills and drive to close deals and maximize opportunities? If so, we want you on our team!

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales. The ideal candidates are proactive, persuasive, and capable of building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for land investment opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct site inspections and present investment benefits to prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Meet and exceeded monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong background in high-ticket sales.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

✔ Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
