Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate Client needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Developing strategies and setting meetings with potential clients.
  • Taking clients for site inspections and listening to their wishes and concerns, and introducing our investment opportunities of the company to them.
  • Closing Sales.
  • Daily reporting of activities.
  • Client communication and Management.
  • Offer and collection of sales agreements to clients and Client Management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in sales or as an investment advisor, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • In-depth understanding of market research and customer needs analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and convey investment opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency in networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media for sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions and activities.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting sales agreements and managing client portfolios.
  • Ability to conduct site inspections and provide tailored investment solutions based on client requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools for activity reporting and client management.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel for site inspections and client meetings as needed.
