Investment Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Investment Manager to lead their investment efforts, bring in financial partners to support key real estate and development initiatives. The Investment Manager will play a critical role in building strategic relationships and securing funding for major projects, including title sponsorships and property development. With a solid background in investment management, real estate finance, or construction funding, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving large-scale investments and maintaining robust networks.

Your Responsibilitiesâ¦

• Investment Sourcing and Relationship Management: You will build and maintain a network of investors, including high-net-worth individuals, venture capitalists, and financial institutions, who are interested in real estate projects.
• Fundraising for Strategic Projects: You will secure title sponsorship investments for properties and attract funding for construction and development projects.
• Proposal Development and Investor Pitching: You will develop comprehensive investment proposals, financial models, and presentations that clearly communicate project values and potential returns.
• Investment Strategy and Market Research: You will conduct market research to align investment strategies with emerging trends and company goals, identifying sustainable funding opportunities.
• Due Diligence and Contract Negotiation: You will perform investor due diligence, negotiate terms, and structure deals that align with project requirements and long-term strategy.
• Portfolio and Relationship Management: You will manage relationships with existing investors, providing regular project updates and fostering future investment opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate has..

• A bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management, real estate finance, or fundraising, with a focus on property development or construction projects.
• Proven success in securing high-value investments for large-scale projects, with an established network of industry contacts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• The ability to create detailed investment proposals, financial models, and presentations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and due diligence.
