Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Study market trends and identify investment opportunities with high return potential.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, feasibility studies, and financial evaluation to ensure scientific and reasonable investment decisions.
  • Design and implement investment strategies to optimize the company's asset portfolio and improve capital return.
  • Supervise real estate acquisition, sale, lease, and development projects to ensure compliance with the company's strategic goals.
  • Responsible for due diligence of investment projects, review of legal, financial, and operational documents, and control investment risks.
  • Work with developers, real estate agents, legal advisors, and government agencies to ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Responsible for financial modeling, budget management, and fundraising of investment projects to ensure effective use of capital.
  • Monitor the financial performance of investment projects and report return on investment (ROI) and key financial indicators to management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in the design of financing plans to assist the company in obtaining loans, equity investments, or other financing channels.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, partners, and government agencies to enhance the company's influence in the industry.
  • Participate in high-end business meetings, industry summit,s and investment forums to expand business networks and obtain more investment resources.


Requirements:

  • Graduated in finance, economics, real estate management, or related majors.
  • At least 1 year of asset management or fund management-related experience.
  • Familiar with the market, investment analysis, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • Have excellent negotiation and project management skills and be able to complete transactions independently.
  • Proficient in Excel, financial modeling tools, and real estate management software.
  • Fluent in English and good business communication skills.
