Job Title: Realtor (OkBuild Southwest Nigeria)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, agile, and versatile realtor to sell lands across 5 states in Southwest Nigeria (Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, and Ondo). As a contract-based role, the successful candidate will earn a mobility stipend and 15% commission on successful sales. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel frequently to visit land sites and meet clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and market lands to them.
• Conduct site visits to understand land features and limitations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate sales and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal) to ensure sales success.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, and regulations.
• Travel extensively within the 5-state region (Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo).
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  

Requirements

• Good real estate sales experience, preferably in Southwest Nigeria.
• Proven track record of successful sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time).
• Agile, versatile, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner, staying updated on industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in estate management, marketing, or related field.
  

Contract Details

• Contract duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance).
• Commission: 15% of successful sales plus NGN 50,000 for mobility.
• Travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
