Investment/Fund Sales & Investor Relations

 Responsibilities: 

• Plan, process, follow up, and report on fund operations in compliance with fund agreements
• Preparation of investor statement of account
• Maintain & track statement of account for all loan clients
• Support preparation of monthly & quarterly investor report
• Support planning & execution of investor meetings
• Coordinate and document proceedings of all internal & external meetings & conferences
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the team and process expense reports
• Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filling, archiving)

Functions:

• Find, organize, and maintain roadshows, distributions, and investor engagement and closing. 
• Investor relationship management. 
• Prepare and maintain distribution and sales assets (Fund PPM, Pitches, Investors Deck, agreements, Dataroom, etc). 
• Prepare and maintain a well classified Investors Database. 
• Prepare and maintain investors' Periodic Reports (Monthly, quarterly annual reports, accounts, etc).

Requirements:

• BSc in accounting or other finance-related disciplines 
• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with a Big 4 accounting or a financial services/ retail investment management institution
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• CFA will be an added advantage and other relevant professional certification
• Minimum of 10 or more years’ experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community 5+ years’ experience in managing an investor relations department.
• Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
• Strong in planning, organization, and project management.
• Social media savviness.
• Flexible: able to quickly judge situations and shift activities.
• Knows and understands confidentiality, price-sensitive, and disclosure regulatory requirements.

• Working knowledge of general accounting operations & specific requirements for investment management companies such as IFRS9
• Prior experience in Financial Services support preferred

Remuneration: NGN 7.5 million - 10 million Gross Per Annum
