Job Title: IT Lead
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Group Head of HR & Admin
Salary: Open to Negotiation
Job Objective:
To oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security while providing support for all technology-related operations. The IT Lead will also manage projects related to data capture systems and ERP solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT operations and provide first-level support for hardware/software issues.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect sensitive data.
- Maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Liaise with IT vendors for procurement of hardware and software.
- Lead IT projects, including system design and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements to provide effective IT solutions.
- Monitor IT assets and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT Lead or Project Management role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, Office 365, and ERP solutions.
