IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security, system reliability, and efficient technology use.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee the procurement of technology assets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues as needed.
• Ensure the company’s data is secure and compliant with relevant data protection regulations.
• Lead and supervise the IT team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.
• Proficiency in data management, cybersecurity, and IT risk management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with various departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and emerging IT technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA are a plus.
