Job Summary
IT Manager for our retail store is responsible for overseeing and managing the store's technology infrastructure, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, networking, hardware, and software. They ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the company's IT infrastructure
- Managing the IT team
- Ensuring the security and efficiency of systems
- Implementing technology solutions
- Providing technical support to internal and external staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues both on-site and remotely
- Setup and deploy new IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, phones and meeting room devices
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of IT equipment
- Conduct system maintenance and perform patching/updates as needed, including the company website updating and maintenance.
- Some travel may be required for this role
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software (ERP Solutions e.g Quickbooks), and hardware
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and leading a team
- Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and data backup
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Android technologies, smartphones, Routers, switches, CCTV, and firewall experience, LAN and Wifi configurations
- Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN/VPN technologies and general network troubleshooting
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) | or CompTIA A+
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software or hardware faults with respect to routers, switches, internet and Ethernet
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising ERP solutions such as QuickBooks etc.
- Experience with Web design, digital and social media marketing, Back end development
