Requirements:
- Engineering manager or Senior Developer with significant Fintech experience (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT teams
- Proven ability to manage and optimize tech teams for effective delivery of organizational goals and objectives
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation
- Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging technologies
