Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
- Ensure data security, backup protocols, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions for business improvements.
- Lead IT projects, including upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry regulations, and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and tools.
- Develop and manage the IT department’s budget.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and cybersecurity risks to advise leadership.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc. in Computer science
- Proven track record as an IT personnel
- At least 3 years of working experience is required
