We are seeking to hire a professional IT Officer who is experienced in Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting software such as (Microsoft Office, FortiClient, VPN, CRMs, Ticketing systems, and Human Resources software.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software such as (Microsoft Office, FortiClient, VPN, CRMs, Ticketing systems, and Human Resource software.
- Configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and managing Access points controllers and Access, Points (Indoor and Outdoor Access Points)
- Configuring and maintaining VoIP Systems and Telephony Systems, Cloud Predictive Dialer software.
- Configuring and managing customer relationship management systems (CRMs) for clients and integration with email systems, user management, Remote Desktop support, and help desk support.
- Installation, configuring, and maintaining various classes of printers.
- Installing, managing, and troubleshooting Windows, Mac Linux, and Windows server operating systems.
- Documenting and maintaining records of Information Technology Gadgets and software in the company
Requirements:
- Experienced in Network and System administration of Switches, Firewall devices, and servers, Mounting, configuring, and troubleshooting Surveillance cameras.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT
- A good Interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Accurate Attention to details
- Ability to learn and improve skills
