Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Proactively monitor and test hardware and software performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and fix
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Liaise with vendors and the IT personnel (Line Manager) for problem-resolution
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of OND
