Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software
- Performing data processing and backups
- Monitoring and scheduling jobs
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues
- Maintaining and organizing computer equipment
- Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations
- Responding to phone calls and mail inquiries
- Maintaining processing logs and running procedures manuals
- Running application performance management scans
- Cleaning printers and performing preventive maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent
- Good understanding of typing, MS Office, and internet services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- High level of demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
