IT Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the Company’s Computer hardware and software resources.
• Ensuring that the Company’s Computer systems are properly maintained and functioning optimally at all times.
• Prompt identification of lags and malfunctions and addressing the same as soon as possible.
• Protect the company from data loss by doing regular back-ups, installing active online and offline protection for company data, and other strategies to preserve company data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Internet management and connectivity to all business units of the Company.
• Enterprise resources planning {ERP}.
• Web hosting and server management.
• Online backups for all departments' data.
• Business continuity and recovery planning.
• E-commerce and Digital marketing support for our Fhilmart platform.
• Cloud Management within the Company and if desired to branches at up-country locations.
• Keep abreast of developments in the IT world as they may concern the Business operations.
• Training of the Company’s staff as required to empower them so that they can understand the company’s IT infrastructure and use it to function efficiently and effectively.
• Any other responsibility may be assigned by the line manager or management.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience
• Degree in a  related field
