Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain ERP software to meet organizational needs.
- Provide ongoing support on the use of ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to staff across all branches.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery measures are in place and effectively implemented.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
