Job Summary

Upscale Pro Ventures is looking for a highly motivated, fast-thinking, and detail-oriented IT Project Manager/Assistant to work directly with the CEO to manage multiple client projects and support the company’s growth. This fast-paced role requires quick execution, strong analytical skills, and creativity in problem-solving. You will assist in project management, client interactions, business development tasks, and responding to proposals (RFPs, RFIs). Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing IT and business projects from initiation to completion.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheets to manage projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project updates.


Administrative & Business Development:

  • Research and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and business opportunities.
  • Assist in procurement, licensing, and vendor communication for project needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and client presentations.
  • Support process optimization and workflow improvements.


Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a key point of contact between project teams, leadership, and clients.Ensure effective communication and clarity in task execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and business presentations for management and clients.


IT Support & Technical Assistance:

  • Provide basic IT support related to project management tools and systems.
  • Assist with system testing, data analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Help document and improve IT workflows and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheets).
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams).


Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Location: Ikoyi Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 200,000 Monthly

Work Hours: Starts at noon, follows U.S. Eastern Time (ET), requires some late nights
