IT Sales/Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.     
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our IT solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical advice and guidance on our IT products and services.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on our IT products and services, including new releases and updates.
• Attend product training sessions and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and networking solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Results-driven and sales-focused.
• Customer-centric and service-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
