Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our IT solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer technical advice and guidance on our IT products and services.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on our IT products and services, including new releases and updates.
- Attend product training sessions and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and networking solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-driven and sales-focused.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
