Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at SPA .

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a positive spa experience.



Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome clients upon arrival.

Provide comprehensive information about our spa services, products, and promotions.

Assist clients in scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.

Handle client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Manage the appointment booking process.

Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff.

Promote and sell spa products and retail items to clients.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on client needs and preferences.

Assist with general spa operations, such as maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Ensure that spa facilities and equipment are in good working condition.

Strive to exceed client expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.

Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall spa experience.



Qualifications



Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 4 years experience

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Passion for providing exceptional customer service.



Additional Skills (Preferred):



Knowledge of spa treatments and techniques.

Experience with spa management software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
