Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, including servers and remote access solutions.
- Work with VPNs to ensure secure connections and remote accessibility.
- Provide fast and efficient technical support to resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance system performance and security.
- Maintain and update software systems as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any AI and technical issues.
- Think outside the box to introduce innovative strategies for improving processes.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT software systems, server management, and remote working setups.
- Knowledge and experience with VPNs.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in IT roles, particularly in remote settings.
- Understanding of AI and the ability to leverage AI tools in problem-solving and strategy development.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle technical challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Fast responsiveness is critical to this role.
- Must have your own computer and necessary software, including AI tools, to carry out the work.
