Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues, including workstations, printers, and other office equipment.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, modems, etc.).
- Set up and manage Microsoft services such as Office 365, cloud storage, and email accounts.
- Oversee data storage, backups, and security to ensure seamless access and protection.
- Source, procure, and maintain IT equipment and software as required.
- Provide on-site support at ACT Foundation’s Victoria Island office once a week and remote assistance as necessary.
- Respond to IT-related issues in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience
- Degree in a related field
