Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and network systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to employees, diagnosing and restoring IT issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and manage IT systems, servers, and security protocols.
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve IT-related workflows.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
- Certificates such as CCNA, or Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
