Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.
- Document issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other I.T. team members to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in the setup and support of company events and meetings.
- Provide training and support to end-users on various technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, and Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with Remote Support Tools, System Security, and Scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
