Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, to ensure system stability and security.
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot network devices.
- Install, configure, and test computer hardware and software.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as an IT tech specialist or similar role
- At least OND certificate is required
