Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for shipyard operations, including network maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain communication systems aboard vessels.
- Ensure cybersecurity and data security compliance.
- Assist in IT infrastructure maintenance and upgrades in the port facility.
- Document IT support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with maritime communication systems.
- Knowledge of ERP and ship management software.
- Certification in networking or cybersecurity.
