Job Summary
We are seeking a highly competent IT Vendor/Logistics officer to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations and vendor management of our IT department. The successful candidate will coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved IT vendors.
- Meet with vendors to assess products, negotiate pricing, and communicate concerns.
- Ensure vendors comply with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient distribution of IT goods.
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures and improve productivity.
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to meet customer needs.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and other logistics operations.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management, including logistics performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Plan and track the shipment of IT goods according to customer requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or vendor management.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements related to logistics operations.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
