About the Company: DYMIND is a worldwide level high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, manufacture, sales and service of medical devices and reagents in the field of IVD.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for extensive market information gathering, new channel development, and market promotion efforts to enhance the market share of our products in West Africa, as well as reach sales targets to expand market share of Dymind.
Job description:
1. Explore the assigned regional markets and promote the company's products to potential channels in the designated area.
2. Manage assigned regional agents and provide support for assigned regional agents.
3. Excavate market information in assigned regions and participate in relevant international exhibitions.
4. Complete the established sales targets in the assigned area.
5. Analyse assigned markets needs and provide preventive solutions.
6. Market analysis such as competitor situation, price, market support such as exhibition, promotion meeting, end-user information feedback, etc.
7. Develop regional KOL, reference lab development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 10 years work experiences in big IVD companies.
2. Good knowledge or skill in how to build up and operate a good strategy of business development for the assigned products.
3. Ability in organizing & processing the marketing or sales activities and can travel all over India for work.
4. Good knowledge for the local market information and situation of IVD field (especially in Hematology products).
5. Ability in developing contact with new customers and catch business opportunities.
6. Ability in building up team, in coordinating and leading the team to reach commercial goals.
7. Strong desire and ability to provide suggestions of how to optimize processes and improve the overall sales performance.
8. Good communicator and very much oriented to interpersonal relationships.
9. High level of self-motivation, passionate and initiative, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently, but also a good team player.
10. Language skill: excellent at English and local language.
11. Good knowledge on all Microsoft office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Work Location: Lagos State, Nigeria.
