Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update Java training curriculum and materials.
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new tools and techniques into training.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and quality in training programs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during training sessions.
- Mentor and guide trainees to achieve their learning objective
Requirements:
- Computer Science Graduates with NYSC
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Java trainer experience
