Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Job Title at Roqqu. As part of the team, you will be responsible for tasks such as managing escrow services, communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, handling title insurance matters, and conducting training sessions. This role is based in Lagos Island with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in escrow services, title insurance, and training
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
