Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, lead our sales team, and expand our customer base. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening our market presence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support).
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria's healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel (40%).
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Medical or related fields.
  • Certification in sales or marketing.
  • Experience with CRM software, MS Office and Excel.
