Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

- 5+ years of sales management experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria's healthcare landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel (40%).
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Medical or related fields.
- Certification in sales or marketing.
- Experience with CRM software, MS Office and Excel.
