Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial records: Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Invoices: Review incoming and outgoing invoices, and ensure accurate payments
- Auditing: Review financial records and statements for accuracy, and ensure compliance with legal standards
- Financial reporting: Prepare financial reports, and ensure that all transactions are posted to the accounting system
- Communication: Maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
- Client relations: Contact clients who have not paid, and provide reminders
- Sales proposals: Prepare sales proposals
- Market research: Conduct market research
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates should have an OND certificate with upper credit.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate financial record
- Ability to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Ability to verify client accounts
