Junior Consultant

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, business advisory, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.

- Proven track record of managing client accounts, delivering high-quality consulting services, and driving client satisfaction.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven and strategic mindset.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industries and market dynamics.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
