Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of solar PV systems
- Support feasibility studies, technical assessments, and data analysis, proposing potential solutions to enhance project outcomes
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system layouts, equipment selection, and technical reviews
- Perform site surveys, monitor on-site data, and help identify technical solutions to improve performance
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and assist with project documentation management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical or renewable energy projects, with exposure to solar PV systems
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
