Junior HR Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Training Coordination: Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of employee training programs, both virtually and in person, tailored to our clients' needs.
• Staff Documentation: Create staff documents for client's old and new employees, maintain and manage client employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
• HR Templates Creation: Develop and customize HR templates, including offer letters, performance reviews, and onboarding documents, to provide our clients with streamlined, effective tools.

Requirements:

• A degree in any field.
• Strong passion for HR and People development
• At least 2 years experience in HR and Admin
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.
