Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Junior Human Resources Business Support. The Junior Human Resources Business Support will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare orientation materials and schedule onboarding sessions.


Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing minor concerns and escalating major issues to HR management.


HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Benefits and Compensation:

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims resolution.
  • Provide support in processing payroll and maintaining accurate records.


Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Track employee training completion and maintain training records.


Compliance and Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
  • Help ensure the organization complies with local labor laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in HR, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
