Junior Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Relevant experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience in the sports betting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with company goals, set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
• Monitor traffic metrics and community growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications.
• Provide competitor analysis.
• Support affiliate marketing functions.
