Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of the Principal Project Manager to coordinate project activities.
• Understand the project scope, budgets, and requirements.
• Monitor projects to track and evaluate the progress, quality, and accuracy.
• Schedule and participate in project meetings to discuss expectations, progress, and outcomes.
• Identify project risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Report on project status and progress regularly.
• Suggest strategies to achieve project goals.
• Manage resources effectively to stick to project budgets and planning.
• Develop project plans in consultation with senior employees and clients.
• Design and implement project methodologies, strategies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project integrity by safeguarding quality documents and data.
• Establish and maintain relationships with employees, clients, stakeholders, etc.
• Carry out other assignments delegated by the Principal Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (preference is Civil/Structural Engineering), Architecture or Project Management,
• 2 - 4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Decision making and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Projects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with any project management software and tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified
• Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is an asset.
