We are seeking a detailed oriented and analytical Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting to ensure efficiency and cost control in all construction activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct material take offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Assist in contract administration, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor project costs and report variances to the senior surveyor.
- Conduct site visits and valuations to assess project progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Quantity Surveying software (e.g AutoCAD, CostX, QS CQD)
