Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to build scalable backend services using NestJS, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL
• Assist in integrating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing builds, and deployments on AWS EC2
• Implement and test features on React Native mobile applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for both web and mobile apps
• Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and support regression testing
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack (from API to DB)
• Contribute to documentation and ongoing backend unification efforts

Requirements:

• Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, React (for web), React Native (for mobile)
• Database: PostgreSQL, TypeORM
• DevOps: Jenkins, AWS EC2, S3, GitHub Actions
• Testing: Jest, Postman, Appium, WebDriverIO (nice to have)
• Tools: Jira, Figma
• 1–3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development (Junior) | 3–5 years (Mid-Level)
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API development
• Familiarity with relational databases and ORMs (e.g., PostgreSQL + TypeORM)
• Solid understanding of Git workflows, version control, and CI/CD principles
• Basic exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team

Additionals skills:

• Experience with NestJS, Jenkins, or React Native
• Knowledge of mobile-first development principles
• Previous work in event-tech, booking platforms, or vendor management tools
• Passion for music, nightlife, events, or entertainment tech
