Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies to meet business goals. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target markets, drive customer acquisition, and expand the company’s presence in the cybersecurity space. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to execute effective sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
❖ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
❖ Identify and evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and opportunities for business expansion.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to create sales campaigns that align with business goals.
❖ Analyze market trends and customer data to refine sales approaches and create targeted offers.
❖ Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
❖ Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
❖ Lead sales initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement, to increase market penetration.
❖ Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
❖ 3+ years of experience in sales strategy development or sales management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
❖ Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies that achieve business objectives.
❖ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
❖ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
❖ Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
❖ Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
