Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop local brand partnership opportunities with key travel trade partners (co-ops).
- Conduct quarterly reviews with partners and update plans as necessary.
- Keep this map updated monthly.
- Maintain an organized database/CRM system using a provided template.
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key travel trade partners.
- Design a trade communication plan leveraging newsletters, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
- Design and execute a communication plan targeting trade partner.
- Design and execute a communication plan targeting trade partners.
- Plan, organize and execute trade engagement events.
- Identify trade partners to integrate into Dubai's brand campaigns, aiming to increase sales.
- Provide training and education to agents and transactional staff.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities and market trends.
- Plan and execute various trade engagement activities, including Roadshows, familiarization (fam) trips, inward missions, webinars, sales calls, mall activations, etc.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to align monthly event schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify growth opportunities and develop proposals for increasing visitations.
- Execute out-of-the-box ideas that drive high return on investment (ROI) and align with market plans.
- Ensure all projects and campaigns are delivered on time and meet the strategic objectives set by the Director of Operations.
- Provide monthly transparency on planned and actual spend against approved budgets.
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure that all activities are within the approved budget.
- Ensure the delivery of an agreed number of incremental sales (Pax) per partnership
- Update/create a trade map of the top tour operators, including profiles, contact details, and market positioning.

- Ensure timely response to inquiries within 48 hours.
- Ensure that actual project expenses do not exceed more than 5% overbudget, working closely with the Director of Operations for financial oversight.
- Deliver regular and accurate reports on activities and market performance.
- Drive the growth of visitations and sales through strategic partnerships and campaigns.
- Contract and engage target number of trade co-ops.
- Maintain a calendar of current and past competitor activities from the past 12 months
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
