Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Power, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Identify, engage, and manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Lead business development initiatives, including market research, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, bids, and tenders with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years in sales, business development, or key account management in EPCI for Power, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy.
- Strong understanding of EPCI project lifecycles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
- Proven track record of winning high-value contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
