The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing key relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) to drive business growth for our Diagnostic Services division. This position will focus on enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
What to Expect:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within HMOs, ensuring their needs are met and that our services are positioned effectively.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HMO sector to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute account strategies tailored to HMO partners that align with our business objectives.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular updates and reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the diagnostic services sector.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HMO staff on our diagnostic services, ensuring they are well-informed and able to promote our offerings effectively.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on HMOs.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting information clearly and effectively.
