We are seeking a Key Account Officer to manage Company Brand Recognition and oversee the company's growth and development. The ideal candidate will generate sales and revenue by increasing the customer base and generating leads and sources for new markets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Researches the market to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintains relationships with existing customer base through regularly scheduled visits and follow-ups.
- Conducts prospective calls to develop new business prospects.
- Generates leads via online & fieldwork means.
- Seeks partnerships with Companies to increase sales via calls, email, SMS & visits.
- Follows up on prospects by making cold calls, and sending SMS & emails. Sends emails to corporate organizations.
- Visits customers to guide them through how to use the App, and manage & solve issues encountered by customers.
- Works with other units in the company to gather information on customers’ activities/issues & resolve the issues.
- Provides periodic daily & weekly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- First Degree in Marketing or any Social Science discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
