Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus, control food costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and service.
  • Analyze menu performance and make recommendations for improvements.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager 
  •  Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
