Our client is a growing High-End Restaurant Group with multiple restaurants in WEST AFRICA that is changing the culinary tastes of a nation by exposing its guests to the modern possibilities of food and drink. They are in need of an excellent KITCHEN MANAGER for one of their top NEW restaurants. KITCHEN MANAGER - NIGERIA

GENERAL PROFILE:

Must have European or International experience

• The successful applicant will have already been in the position of Restaurant Manager, Production or Kitchen Manager for at least 3-5 years.

• Must be a very-hands on, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and able to work with all personnel levels within the restaurant.

• The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire inventory, for example, purchasing from vendors, storing, quality, consistency working with Chefs. This is a new position that can start as soon as possible.

• Single status preferred.

Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 USD/annually, Net of taxes, furnished accommodation, transportation, bonus, health benefits, generous vacation time, one return flight per year, meals. visa.
