Kitchen Quality & Inventory Control Officer

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of inventory control within the store
• Ensuring that products are stocked, managed, and tracked effectively.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Analyze stock reports and identify discrepancies, investigating and resolving stock issues promptly.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, grill, floor manager, finance, and internal control teams to align inventory with business needs.
• Conduct regular audits of product quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
• Monitor the proper handling and storage of inventory to prevent contamination, damage, or accidents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the culinary field
• Strong knowledge of kitchen measurements and inventory management (both dry and wet kitchen items)
• Familiarity with quality control processes in a kitchen environment.
