Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of inventory control within the store
- Ensuring that products are stocked, managed, and tracked effectively.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Analyze stock reports and identify discrepancies, investigating and resolving stock issues promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, grill, floor manager, finance, and internal control teams to align inventory with business needs.
- Conduct regular audits of product quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Monitor the proper handling and storage of inventory to prevent contamination, damage, or accidents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the culinary field
- Strong knowledge of kitchen measurements and inventory management (both dry and wet kitchen items)
- Familiarity with quality control processes in a kitchen environment.
