Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and document experiments and research projects in line with company goals.
- Accurately collect, interpret, and analyze experimental data. Report findings to senior scientists and other stakeholders.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, chromatography systems (HPLC/GC), PCR machines, and other analytical instruments.
- Prepare biological, chemical, or environmental samples for testing using a variety of laboratory techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, ensuring that all experiments are well-documented and reproducible.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including other scientists, lab technicians, and engineers, to ensure project success.
- Assist in developing new methodologies and optimizing existing procedures for research or commercial applications.
- Perform routine tests and quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Identify issues with experimental designs or processes and propose corrective actions.
Requirements:
