Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and performance.
- Analyze and interpret test results, reporting findings to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all laboratory activities.
- Maintain quality control procedures and participate in quality assurance programs
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay current with advancements in laboratory science and best practices.
- Assist in the training and supervision of laboratory technicians and other staff as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with laboratory information systems and relevant software.
